  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    The standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee.
  • How to book an apartment on the website?
    Select your preferred dates, number of guests and click on the "Show availability" button. Available apartments for your dates will be displayed on the booking page.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Unfortunately, we do not currently allow pets.
  • Could I store my luggage?
    We offer free luggage storage from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • What do you provide in the kitchen?
    We always provide water, coffee capsules, salt, sugar, and olive oil. In our apartments, we also provide a welcome kit that includes eggs, milk, coconut milk, tomato paste, oat flakes, buckwheat, and pasta.
  • What are the cancellation policies?
    The cancellation policies are reflected in the tariff you select.
  • What factors determine the rental cost?
    The cost of your stay depends on the location, travel dates, length of stay, and number of guests.
