For new guests:
Upon check-in, a passport must be provided, a contract signed, and a security deposit of 10,000 rubles made.
In case of property damage or smoking, we will partially/fully withhold the deposit.

We will send you a guest reminder and detailed information about the apartment's location in advance. On the day of arrival, we will provide unique codes for electronic locks.
If you need assistance with check-in, please indicate this in the comments when booking.

Smoking is prohibited in all of our studios, including electronic cigarettes.

If you plan to have a photoshoot, please let us know in advance. We will choose the most suitable time. The cost of a photoshoot is 2000 rubles per hour.

The number of guests specified in the booking must stay in the apartment.
